DON JAMES - Addtional Music

Don James’ experience as a recording engineer has paired him up with entertainers such as Martina McBride, Third Eye Blind, The Ataris, Jamie Farr, Willie Aames, Tom Bosley, Ed Asner, Charlotte Ray, Tom Posten, Rose Marie, Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Frank White, Buck O’Neil, William McLaughlin, and more.

His body of work encompasses everything from independent films like The Company Man and Lucy’s Blind Date, as well as the dramatic play Until Daylight.

An accomplished pianist and synthesist, and an award-winning recording engineer, Don James composes both regionally and nationally. He is a passionate artist who likes to associate himself with projects that change the way people think about themselves and the world they live in.

High profile clients and projects include: CNBC, TNT, NCAA, Hallmark Cards and the Hallmark Hall of Fame, Wal-Mart, Universal Theme Parks, Disney, 101 Dalmatians (Animated television series), Russell Stover, Pizza Hut, Sonic, Blockbuster, Planet Hollywood, and many others.

His work on Adina Howard’s Do You Wanna Ride CD earned Don both the 3M Visionary Award and an RIAA Gold Record. The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts awarded him their Meritis Achievement Award for his gripping electronic score from Until Daylight.
